English world

"I want to be good at English, so what thing I need to do ?". This question always go around in my mind, make me worry about family and career. But why I had that thinking ? Why is it English but nothing else like business knowledge, experience of life or our ambitions ?. Oh, if we're in a century ago, English is nothing. But now, we're living in the world whose number of language is two at least. These're English and your language. Clearly, we use our language to communicate with countryman and English for the rest of the world. By that way, we can learn many things from the ocean of knowledge on the earth.


Yes, you can see the important of English for our. Therefore we ought to catch English skills as much as possible. We must practise four basic skills such as reading, writing, speaking and listening at least. Why did I say four basic skills ? Because there're serveral another skills like translation, specialistic English for medicine, economy or physics. So how do we exercise those skills ? If you already have been in perfect conditions like being a child of rich family or living in a country using English as second language, you don't have to think about this training. Since you have been exercising English everyday, and it's so good for you. So we go back to our conditions - a normal environment without English -, as my experience, we just frequently practise English at everytime and everywhere, in anyway you have. All thing you need remember is that you must try to use English as much as possible. For example, you watch a film with English subtitle and listen carefully what actor said and when you's listening, try to remember their English pronounce. Or you write an email for your boss or client, just use English. Or reading articles on the internet also is good practice. Maybe you see it's hard to do but there's a ground rule : you will be familiar to English if you use English continuously day by day. And now, I'm doing this way. Hope this help ^^


When I was going to to write this post, I didn't know what to write . And idea always occurs when I write a sentence out. Then this post have been created. It's so great, isn't it ?

Hmm, it's sad. I should go game online a little bit. ^^

A tired day

I have a busy day yesterday. I waked up by her phone and it started shopping day. She bought clothers, shoes and towels ... for her family and I only bought a shirt (I isn't Bill Gates :p). Owing to her, I know some clother's, Pho 24 (32k/bowl, it isn't expensive, is it ?). We walked "wonder around" (I think this word is idiom) and have no thinking.

After that, I went to her home to install some software in her laptop. She will study abroad at Australia and her laptop need be ready to use at this time. Then we say everything about her school (in Australia), realty, friends ... It is strange and exciting when you're talking with person who's going abroad and you won't see her any more. I think it is life, everyboy doesn't go on a trip together. Maybe we're traveled with someone in 2 years and then said goodbye to make friend with another fellow-traveller. Do you think so, reader :) ?

I've gone home about 5:00 pm and being tired. I really want to post a writing but my body can't do anthing. Oh, there's still a point I want to say: Language (english) is a key to make you success. I know it for a longtime but not obey. Now I must force myself do this, I don't want to be a loser :(

Hmm, it's time to clean up for welcome Tet holiday. So I will see you next times.

Happy guy

Yes, 2007 year was over. And today, the last day of my probation time in company, I've finally gained a small new achievement. I joined the Bamboo team and was billable (hey, what's billable ?, Hmm, that's a small story and I shouldn't tell in here :-). I will have been Tet holidays in following days and these days're remarkable event for me in this year. Why ?. The answer's simple : it lead up to a road with many branches :-)

I want to know about software development process, participate in any open source project, use English smoothly, own some Microsoft's (or Sun, maybe) certificates, have a private room, ... Oh, there're many things to be done, right ? But I also got some problems and I'm really happy to escape some of them. I'm lonely, difficult to understand and usually thinking. Of course, I don't want to be lonely and unintelligible guy; because the thinking of some people is different from mine, and this leads to misunderstanding. I want to say with them that I really respect them, want to be a good friend.

Anyway, I start in reading. I think it's a good way to get information when you aren't a communicative guy. Moreover, book always is a good teacher for everyone :-)

It's time to have dinner although I want to write more and more. So goodbye and I will be back (maybe nobody've even read this blog)

Head in your eyes

In this blog, I decide to write it with English to improve my writing skill. At least this is the way I can do.

I moved to the new company one month ago. It's a big company with more 2000 employees, an USA-based company. When I have started my work, there're many things making me surpricing. I have my own table, UPS (for PC box) and a private space, it's cool.
I meet many guys at my floor and company, of cource I don't know them. When I go somewhere, like get water or go to rest room (WC), and meet any guy on my way, then they usually smile with me so i would reply them. Poor me, God created my face not easy to smile so it's hard to do that :(.
Luckyli, some guys in firm appoint me to potent team named Bamboo. Actually, they're a GREAT TEAM. Bamboo have many things I have even hoped: professional, united, potential and passionate.
Currently, Bamboo have been developing a new product for USA market and use latest Microsoft's technology (SharePoint). If I be a member of team, it's wonderful. Because they have researched SharePoint (and some relevant stuffs like NET 3.0, Enterprise Library) for a long time, so I have many thing to learn before I can start working with them. I can't image how cool when I received a bug of some components that I have implemented from QC :)

"Nhà" mới

Phóng viên CNN (PV): Chào anh, tại sao anh đặt tên bài viết này là "Nhà" mới ?

Tui (nhân vật đang tự sướng) : Chào pà con (tay vẫy mọi người và ra hiệu cho mọi người im lặng ), tui may mắn được chuyển sang một môi trường làm việc khác và hoàn toàn khác xa với nơi cũ. Vì thế tui muốn ghi lại dấu vết cảm xúc của mình thôi. Về tên bài, tui nói là "Nhà" vì những người tại nơi mình làm đều mong muốn mọi thành viên xem công ty là ngôi nhà thứ 2.

PV : Anh có thể nói rõ hơn ý nghĩa từ nhà ?

Tui : Với mọi người trong team, anh được giúp đỡ đề có thể theo kịp project trong team. Khi kết thúc working, mọi người sẽ có 1 hoạt động nho nhỏ như là đi ăn kem hay mua đồ vô công ty ăn (thanh toán từ quỹ chung của team ). Tui thấy như vậy là rất hay, có thể tui chưa quen nhưng PM của team mong muốn tạo ra một team như vậy.

PV : Anh có thể chia sẽ các khó khăn ban đầu của anh không ?

Tui : Tui có 2 ý niệm mới khi làm tại đây : email và English. Đặc biệt là về English . Nơi này hầu như mọi liên lạc đều dùng email là chính và buộc phải sử dụng English hầu như trong mọi việc. Cho đến hiện giờ thì tui đã quen dần rồi, dù sao thì cũng phải quen, không thể làm khác được

PV : Vậy hiện giờ khó khăn chính của anh là gì ?

Tui : Tui cần phải học ngay những kĩ thuật cần thiết cho project team đang làm và càng nhanh càng tốt. Đây là 1 thử thách cho tui và hi vọng tuần sau tui sẽ ăn nằm tại công ty để hấp thu toàn bộ Technical đại pháp cho công việc

PV : Anh có mong muốn gì sắp tới không ?

Tui : Chậm nhất là hết tuần sau có thể bắt tay vào làm việc chung với team và kiếm ra được việc làm cho m. Ai đó cổ vũ cho tui nào

PV : Xin cảm ơn anh. Chúc anh cuối tuần vui vẻ

Tui : Không có gì, giờ tui đi tắm và ăn tối đây.

Dreaming

Hôm nay nổi hứng lên ngồi nghĩ xem mình nên kiếm vợ ra sao (chưa có tiền mua đâu, chỉ là tự sướng thôi)


Sau 1 lúc đắng đo (cứ cho rằng mình có tiền) thì mình sẽ chọn em này - mặc dù mình vẫn chưa xem kĩ phụ tùng của ẻm. Xin trân trọng giới thiệu cô nàng sắp cưới của tui

Từ cái nhìn ban đầu, em rất "hot"

... nhưng em này "ngon" hơn

và hiện giờ mình lại khoái em này mặc dù em không "bốc" lắm

Nhưng có 1 vấn đề với 3 em này

Khi nào em mới chịu lấy mình

Post xong rồi, đỡ ức chế hơn rồi. Giờ làm việc tiếp thoai

- Cứ đang lập trình được 2h thì hắn dành 20' để thư giãn bằng việc xem tin tức hay đọc article về .NET nào đó. Nếu một ngày làm việc 8h vậy hắn đã mất 1h20' chỉ để xem 1 vấn đề vớ vẩn nào đó rồi sau đó quên ngay

- Trong 3h ngồi học anh văn mà chỉ ghi vào tập rồi về để đó, hắn ít khi tiếp thu ngay kiến thức trên lớp vì chúng quá xa lạ so với hắn

- Về nhà hắn thường ngồi không chơi khoảng 2h vì em hắn dùng máy chơi game online

Hắn đã mất 6h20' mỗi ngày mà không hề mang lại kết quả gì. Từ lúc hắn ra trường và làm việc thì mỗi ngày hắn đều dành ít nhất là 6h20' chỉ để enjoy do nothing.
